Registration will be
opened on 1 January 2008
After 1 June 2008 registration
by on-line, fax or email have been closed and registration can only be
made at the Congress Secretariat of 4th ACPID & 14th KONIKA 2008
After 1 July 2008 registration
can only be made on-site at the Congress Venue of 4th ACPID & 14th
KONIKA 2008
Please note that registration
to the congress is absolutely necessary both for participant and free
paper speaker
Registration can be processed
if registration form have been filled completely along with payment
Group registration of
minimum 5 persons are handled separately(please see Group Registration
Procedure)
A letter confirming
participants’ registration will be sent by the Congress Secretariat
after receiving participants’ registration form and payment. If
participants do not receive this letter, please contact the Congress Secretariat
Substitution of participants’
name can not be accepted
Participants who are
already registered as IPS (IDAI) members which aged older than 65 years
before 2 July 2008 are free from KONIKA registration fee
