Cash Cash for payment at the Congress Secretariat of 4th ACPID & 14th KONIKA 2008 and for on site payment at the Congress Venue.

The deadline for payment through the bank transfer is on 31 May 2008, hereafter payment will be by cash only Payment by Bank Cheque and ATM transfer are not accepted A copy of the bank transaction has to be sent together with the Registration and / or Accommodation Form to Congress Secretariat either by fax. no +62 31-5015218 or by e-mail at secretariat@konika-acpid.com The sender’s full name and address must be clearly stated in the transfer order as well as the payment purpose.

Cancellation & Subtitution Policy
Written notification of cancellation of Registration or Accommodation must be sent to the Congress Secretariat of 4th ACPID & 14th KONIKA 2008. Written cancellation received before 31 May 2008 will be refunded 50%. Written cancellation received after 31 May 2008 will not be refunded. All refunds will be processed and paid one month after the Congress.
