Congress Secretariat has made arrangements for a satisfying number of rooms in the best available rates in numerous hotels located close to the Congress Venue and the city centre. Accommodation will be offered on a "first-come first-served" basis. Since the hotels close to the Congress Venue will be the first ones to be booked, please make your reservation as soon as possible

• All bookings for rooms require payment of one night’s rate as deposit
• Within five (5) days after having received your accommodation booking and your deposit, the Congress Secretariat will send you an informative letter regarding your hotel booking status with the balance due (to be paid before 30 April 2008)
• Within five (5) days after having received the remaining amount for accommodation , the Congress Secretariat will send you the hotel voucher
• Rooms available for registered ACPID and KONIKA participants only
• There is a minimum stay of 3 nights, between 2 July 2008 to 5 July 2008 (for 4th ACPID)
• There is a minimum stay of 4 nights, between 5 July 2008 to 9 July 2008 (for 14th KONIKA)
• Should you not receive either the informative letter or the hotel voucher, please contact Accommodation Department at secretariat@konika-acpid.com
• Application Deadline for Individual Accommodation booking is 30 April 2008
